Amazing food and decent prices. Such an awesome neighborhood cafe! We will definitely be back. Went for breakfast and had amazing omelettes but we would love to come back and try their dinner menu. The restaurant is family owned and the chef came out to us to see how we enjoyed our food. Nice people. Nice atmosphere.
Very welcoming staff, appealing atmosphere, with a cute coffee bar and the homemade bread on display. The bread is even better than it looks too! The food is all amazing, you can't go wrong with any choice. This was the only cafe I hadn't tried in Lincoln definitely a new fav.
The staff was so kind, and the chef came out to greet us. The food though, that was phenomenal. My wife and I had the two daily specials duck and pork belly risotto. Then, we had chocolate and cream cake for the desserts. Wow!
This is quite the little hidden gem. The food is top notch, service is great, and the owners are the nicest. The best breakfast I've ever had. The dinner is phenomenal, and a definite must have. If your in town, or even live close by, check them out. I guarantee that you will love it as much as we do.
I ordered the meatloaf sandwich with mashed potatoes and gravy to go. I took it home in cold weather and it was still hot when I got home. The meatloaf was excellent. Not too spicy not too tomatoey but just right. Kudos to the chef. I assume the peach pie will be as delicious as it looks. Good job Bethany Cafe
The food here is delicious! I've only been in for lunch so far, but I intend to go for dinner and dessert very soon. I had the club sandwich on the house white bread. It was wonderfully seasoned and perfectly toasted. The staff is very friendly. As I said, I will return!
I would recommend this restaurant over any in Lincoln. I hope their prices remain, because the food is five star easily. It's a little rough appearance wise, but you won't be disappointed. I suggest skipping the burgers and sandwiches and getting a dinner. My significant other and I ordered 2 dinners and 2 desserts and the total with tip was less than 40 I would definitely come here over Venue or similar restaurants.
